R1 rotors (or other options)

Does anyone have experience with R1 rotors and pads? It’s time to replace my front rotors and pads on my 43 and I’m trying not to spend 1500+.

other recommendations welcome.

I've had great experience with R1 slotted rotors on my Cadillac CTS-V. Would definitely do it again. Of course, you still need to choose from different types of pads depending on how you prioritize noise, dust, etc.

I have these FT/RR R1 Optimum OEp Brake Pads. Love them, no brake dirt and they bite like stock pads after you brake them in. It's funny I used to always clean my car and the rims and tires would be dirty from brake dirt after first drive. Now I can go through a rain shower, and couple of weeks of not washing and the rims would still look clean.

I have no experience with the rotors. But if they are as good as the brake pads, I will get them in the future.
