Motor Oil
Hello All,

I have a GLC63S on order and am so looking forward to it. Happen to live in an area of the country (FL Panhandle) where there is no Mercedes dealer close by. When I go for an oil change at Grease Monkey, etc. what does the forum recommend as the best off-the-shelf motor oil? I can buy a higher-end oil filter on line and carry in with me.

Mobile 1 0-40W. 5-40W is also acceptable and might even be optimal in FL.

The factory specs are 0-40 Mobil 1. I believe there is a sticker in your engine compartment that verifies this.
