2020 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 Review (Remove Before Race)

Remove Before Race (RokenR) just did a review of the GLC 43 facelift. The link is enclosed below:

Based on watching his videos he tends to downplay suspension stiffness issues in everyday driving with full AMGs since he drives the hardcore AMGs, so what he's saying about the GLC 43's suspension and handling doesn't surprise me. I've seen other reviewers praise it much more than he does, but he's looking at it through a different lens.

What do you guys think? Do you agree with his points?

Blk/Blk GLC43 AMG WAGON
Agree with his take on the front end looking "softer" and less aggressive (not to mention the new eyelash headlights). Car gets a 23 HP bump in power and it is somehow slower than the pre-face lift ( must help in the mid-range) ? Body roll is easily mitigated with a lowering module ($500) if you want a sportier ride (tires help as well). At the end of the day he is saying what every reviewer says, "It's not a 63" which most if not all of us 43 owners know (or should know) already. Do not regret getting my 18 Wagon.

Agreed, he is definitely looking at it at a different perspective. I have driven the glc 300 all the way to the glc 63. I appreciate the ride quality of the glc300 over LA traffic and roads. the glc43 on the other hand, has a unique balance to it, its not as hardcore as the 63. But it has a great balance when it comes to comfort and sportiness. I got the 63 because i knew it was going to be a weekend car, if I were going to Daily it I would have personally gotten a 300 or 43. My wife who loved that glc 300 for plush ride, is complaining how my come the 63 feels so stiff... lol. Told her its still new the suspension needs time to soften lol.

LOL and yeah I see what you mean. I was surprised that he was complaining of understeer but then I noticed that he was on the 20 inch wheels, so perhaps it was the all-season tires. The stats on the performance tires are obviously going to be better.

2020 GLC43
I'm on 21s and I think GLC43's suspension is at the goldilock tune for me. If I want hardcore, I won't really even buy GLC since we do have C43 wagons here.

As for ride high, what's the drop in S+ (-1 setting) and how much further of a drop of $500 module buys me? I'm still learning the limit and now sure if I care that much.
