Coolant Fluid Low
- evaporation out of the reservoir (unlikely)
- internal leak and consumption (eg head gasket)
- external leak (eg leaking hose, radiator or pump)
Take the vehicle to a dealer or do a very thorough inspection yourself to narrow down the potential causes.
First things first - is the reservoir cap on tight?

You could also go to dealer and have the coolant flushed and replaced and set to correct level, and see what happens, coolant can be changed, and at times is recommended it’s in the manual.
