My friend bought a CLS63 brand new and had all the renntech upgrades (turbos, wheels, tune, exhaust, etc.) done to it through the MB dealership in KC (aristocrat, who is a certified renntech dealer). Engine started having oil consumption issues right before the warranty expired and MB replaced it with a brand new engine. My dad now owns the car and I have seen all the service records. The only thing the dealer charged labor on was to swap turbos from the old engine to the new engine. With renntech certified MB dealers the full factory warranty still applies to the motor.
