Any canadians, is it reasonable to hope for a 2018 glc 63 coupe for 70-80k?

2020 glc63s coupe. 2021 mach e awd. 2016 camaro 2ss.
Any canadians, is it reasonable to hope for a 2018 glc 63 coupe for 70-80k?
By the time it's march/april 2021 that is, is about when I'm looking to buy. Reason I ask is covid, rarity of the coupe compared to the suv, and it not being out for very long. Only came out in 2018.
Bunch of questions.
1) Title, is that reasonable? msrp 95k, but I guess anywhere between 10-30k of options adds a bit. Right now a 2019 is going for 95, but looks to have had 20k+ in options.
2) Any must have options? Only "extra' stuff I'd need is anything for performance. Comes with launch control stock I believe, and would be getting an aftermarket exhaust as well.
3) Tech package: active multibeam led lighting system, does that mean without that package it comes with halogens?
4) climate comfort front seats option, heated seats aren't standard on an amg?!
5) Since I may have to settle for a glc43 coupe, what is the difference between 4matic and 4matic+?
6) Are red brake calipers standard?
7) Considering I'd get 3 years of warranty if I get a 2018, and would probably purchase 2 more years after that, is there any reason to avoid a 2018 since it's the first model year of the glc63 coupe? I know the engine itself is in several different amgs.
