I've recently bought the car - when turning there is a scraping noise from the front wheels - i'm being told that this is normal?? Has anyone else had this?

Welcome not normal. either wheel bearing or cv joint or brakes. not normal bring it in somewhere else.

Are you talking about the crabbing noise ?
Search for crabbing on the forum ,you will have an idea of what it is .
