Downpipes questions for 2020 glc63s.
Hi,
Basically, need this car louder. Coming from a 2015 mustang GT with axleback and res delete and that was perfect for me. A 6000-8000 USD exhaust seems ridiculous for me. I also may want to tune it in future so catted downpipes seem like the best option for me. Questions.
1) How is the sound level?
2) How is the sound quality?
3) Do downpipes themselves raise any warranty issues?
4) Thought I read about codes being thrown in the past from aftermarket downpipes?
5) Recommendations for bang for buck downpipes? Companies that is.

Redstar with gesi cats if you want catted
if you want catless i have a ssr catless I’m getting rid of
Edit: if you want to pass smog just knock out the 2nd cats, that way you are not dropping your tranny or cutting up your oem for aftermarket install.
i personally think it’s a very dumb move if you spend few grand on GESI catted downpipe and not tune

Welcome to AMG.... where you really gotta pay to play. I would look up a few Youtube Videos and see what you like. As far as price.... Everything will be more expensive than what you were paying for Mustang parts,Trust me that why i just continue modding my CTS V and just drive the 63.

I have a set of Redstar with Gesi cats waiting to go on and if the build quality is anything to go on they are STUNNING. Use YouTube for sound bites of all the rest. They are expensive no matter what and will be a ***** to get out.
