Dashcam install
Hi, has anyone installed a Blackvue DR900x on their car before? I’ve been told not to wire in to the fusebox as that will void the warranty?

I haven't, but there are countless posts of people wiring dashcams, amps, etc. to their fusebox. Not sure anyone would even know you did it if you took it out before going to the dealer. But I don't think it voids the warranty, either.

I wired mines to the rear fuse box using fusetaps. They're completely reversible in less than a minute and doesn't require splicing into factory wiring.

FWIW - i can't see how it'd void warranty? I have a dual channel blackvue dashcam, supplied & installed through dealer and they've wired to fusebox?
