Tow Hook Cover Won't Snap In - GLC63

Does anyone know how to snap the tow hook cover on?

I can get it right here but it won't snap in at the top.

Tips? Advice? Thanks!

I eventually got it! You just have to mess around with it a bit & apply pressure from various angles. A pain! Thanks!
