Recently it cost me $120 (NZ) to learn that my lights are functioning normally. I have own several MB's with the auto dip function and in each case the blue high bean light goes out when auto dipped. We have only had the GLC 45 for a short time and the blue light stays on when there is a oncoming car at night. Question - is this normal? They told me AFTER testing the system that the lights instead of dipping turn out to side, then come back again once the car has past.

 

yup, best place to see it in action is on a dark road with out a lot of ambient lighting. On coming car comes and you can clearly see the beams change and as son as the car goes by, the full set of beams comes back on.
