Crossthreaded a Lug

So I was reinstalling my right rear wheel and on my very last bolt I managed to accidentally cross thread the lug. I stopped once I felt resistance but apparently that was just enough to damage the lead thread and I can no longer get the last lug in. I have an appointment Mon morning at the dealership but am I ok to drive with 4 out of 5 lugs? The remaining 4 are properly torqued. If so, can I do highway speeds or back roads only?

It’s frustrating since I’ve never done this before in all my annual wheel changes with my previous Mercedes. Bleh.
