ZB Halter

Just purchased a 2020 GLC 63S coupe and found this in the trunk. What is a ZB halter?

"Halter" translates to "holder" from German to English. The bag "Halter" looks unrelated to the round plastic thing, which looks like an oil filter housing cover.

This is for your wheel cover. It is a tool to tighten or loosen it.
