Engine oil reading 0 and loud fan noise

Engine oil reading 0 and loud fan noise
Hey guys
I have a CPO 2019 GLC63s.
Today morning i left my house after warming up the car for 5 minutes (no issue noticed). While driving down my street, the car suddenly stalled and lost power. All the lights on the dash came up with all kinds of warning (traction off, rear diff not working, blindside assist off, etc etc).
I parked the car, turned off and turned on again. No warning lights on the dash. Car drives fine like normal again. No loss in power either... BUT
now my car engine oil level reads 0 and the fan always turns on when the car is on like a plane is taking off...engine and transmission temp shows to be in normal temperature.
What could be the issue?
