What are you looking for? Custom alignments with aftermarket suspension parts or stock? In stock form, toe is the only thing that can be adjusted. I get my C63S coupe with stock suspension aligned at the dealership (MB of Walnut Creek). About $250. I've had issues with past cars driving squirrely after an alignment at an indy, because they often don't have all the right software tools to reset DAS and whatever else needs to be reset after the alignment. My indy is Griffin Motorwerke in Berkeley. They do track alignments if that's what you are after, but as said, they had trouble aligning my previous Audi RS5 with DAS, so I ended up having it aligned at Audi of Concord and after that it drove properly again.
I did a 20mm drop so I’m looking to realign it. You think mb dealership would be sufficent ?
Nope, and unless you get adjustable control arms you can't correct the camber. As said, the only thing they can adjust is toe, but when you drop the suspension, you increase the negative camber. Unless you wanna leave it at the increased camber and have it chew up the inner edge of the tires even more, you first have to get adjustable control arms.

“Re adjustable upper control arms” - For security / peace of mind instead of replacing the original OEM high strength forged alloy arms with welded fabricated steel arms. Instead we retain the OEM arms by providing adjustable replacement inner bushings which are Camber and Caster adjustable - complete with bush extraction tool.
But background with adjusting upper arms:
1. Extra labour - requiring removal of struts to install. 2. To resolve excess inner edge tire wear - top of tire adjusts “outwards” - reducing clearance to outer fender. 3. Difficult access when wheel aligning.
These Front “upper arm” adjusters - only recommend for “additional” adjustment. Example Track days / Competition or wanting to “increase” - not decrease Neg. Camber for fitment extra wide tires !
INSTEAD WE THEREFORE ALSO MANUFACTURE “LOWER ARM” ADJUSTMENT:
1. Ease of fitment - without need for time consuming arm and strut removal or special tools. 2. Retains top of tire to outer fender clearance. 3. Camber and Caster kits also at same time replace the “4 front highest wearing bushings”. The large diameter forward facing thrust arm bushes (Caster) OEM are soft rubber. K-MAC replacement are Mono ball / Self aligning - still allowing arms to travel through their required suspension arcs - but significantly improving Brake and Steering response !
