Vacuum noise from engine?

Vacuum noise from engine?
Can anybody advise of what the noise below sounds like?

I'm getting code P0442 small evap leak, but from my understanding the evap purge valve is on the driver side of the engine whereas the noise appears to be from the passenger side?
