Scheduled maintenance

So, flipping through my 2018 GLC43 menus, I came across a screen on the Service screen on the dashboard. The car only has 12k (and some) miles on it. The screen shows Schedule a due in 6K (and some) miles.
Looking online for service intervals, everything says that Scheduled services is every 10k miles.
I got this car from my mom with 9k miles on the odometer and I'm pretty sure that she didn't get the Schedule A service performed because 1) there's no Mercedes dealership to perform the service where they live and 2) she stopped driving a few years ago.
In the 2 to 3 months that I've owned this car, I've put on 3k miles (2k from driving it cross country back home from picking it up at my parent's house)
So. If scheduled maintenance is supposed to be every 10K miles....why is it showing the Schedule A service to be performed at around 19K miles?
There's an oil change sticker on the windshield saying that the next oil change is due in at 19K miles. To me, that seems a bit excessive...12k between oil changes?
So, I guess my main concern is the Schedule A service still due sometime in the future...Or, should I do it now? and then the Schedule B service at 20K?

If drive less then it is year based. 10K miles or 1 year whichever first.

MB doesn’t put oil change stickers on the windshield. Sounds to me someone changed the oil and reset the service interval.
