Change C to F degree?

You cannot change it. Your car was imported from Canada, so it's not US-spec and therefore shows the temperatures in Celsius. You can change the distance unit in Settings -> System -> Units between km and mi, but you can't change the temperature unit. The latter requires a region change and that's not something you can do. I'm still not clear on whether third-party coders such as BenzNinja can do it or not as I read only the official importer and the factory can change the region.
I don't know why MB doesn't give the option to change the temperature unit and instead uses whatever the prevailing unit in the car's region is. Personally I would like to change it to Celsius as I grew up in Europe and Celsius is more natural. My previous cars all had the option to change the distance, temperature and pressure units, but Mercedes only gives the option to change the distance units so that if you drive into Canada or Mexico you can change it to km, but temperature and pressures are always in the car's region's prevailing units.

Can be coded, you need buy one windows laptop and one coding tool: OpenPort 2.0 is the cheapest among them, surely C4 or other tool are also good.

I have a similar issue on my 2018 GLC43. The display on the dash behind the steering wheel gives me all the information in imperial measurements...including temps. But the information on the center screen, when looking at the Engine Data that shows the HP, Torque and engine and transmissions temps, the temps are in C. While the temps on the dash display is in F. the discrepancy is annoying if you're pedantic like me...and my vehicle is NOT a Canadian import...
