King Bolen is pretty good on replying to these kinds of questions. Go to their website and submit your question there. I've asked them a bunch of questions and they've answered all of them. It can take a day for them to reply, but they always replied to me. Just make sure to submit your VIN when asking about a specific vehicle.

Yeah...I didn't want the duplication and since I'm not in the business of working on Mercedes, I found this dongle fit the bill perfectly. Plus, I own 5 cars that I drive and work on regularly and not all of them are Mercedes. So a more general scanner works. Plus the option is I paid less than $70 when I bought it. I paid much more for an Autel that doesn't do have the things this thing does.

Can it access the AC zones and change it from 5 modes to 7 zones? Thanks
