AXW913, thanks for the heads up. If MB is suspending al orders with a production order past July, something is definitely in the works. I have read that they are moving the production of GLC models for the US market to Alabama USA, appeared to be for 2026 production however given tarrifs their plans might be pulled forward. They will be utilize existing buildings in Alabama as they heave room. Of course it will take time to organize the assemble lines/equipment, they may have begun this process months ago, don't know.
As far as a V8 in the GLC, sounds like over kill. I have the GLE 53 AMG with a in-line six and it is plenty fast and of course a much bigger and heavier car. Please keep us posted if you hear any additional information from your dealer. My dealer confirmed that the production was moving to Alabama, though he said he did not know when and if any changes were being made. (Okay I like my salesman, but he is a salesman and so multiple sources are always better).
