2020 vs 2021 glc63s coupe reliability

Looking around to buy a glc63s coupe anywhere in the USA, having a hard time finding one with all the options (HUD, ventilated seats, Drivers assistance package) I’d like.

I am considering giving up my search and getting a higher mileage 2020 63s coupe with third party warranty. Are there 2020s less reliable than the 2021’s or vise versa or should I only look at ones with Cpo or active manufacturer warranty?

The main concern forgot which model year is the pandemic followed by chip shortage and missing options, such as Burmester. Thing is you might be also concerned about during those years, cars might not be built as well as we hope although that is just guessing.

Stick to the last model before the facelift. All the bugs are generally fixed by then.
Personally I will never buy a car past 2018. I think they all went south from then on.
