Auto Lower when exiting feature

Hi guys, I'm new here and I've been creeping in this forum for a while now. I know that this issue has been already discussed by several people in different threads but I did not see any getting fixed. I brought my car in last week but my MB service advisor told me that they did not find anything wrong with the car. Anyone knows how to enable this feature?

Press vehicle button to take you to Quick Access and select on the display. Must be going less than 19 mph but engine must be on. Car will continue to lower if you turn it off before it is done.

Thanks Nico and Greg. I'm already using this feature, the problem with this is that you have to enable it every time you're exiting the car. When I test drove my car this was automatic whenever I open the door. It's weird that the car is no longer doing it when I took delivery in July.

It’s never been automatic for me. That would be great, though. I wish there was a way to suggest software updates.

Mine did it Like you describe for at least 2 months but it changed....maybe after the OTA Update July 29th. There is no logical reason to require a reset each time you exit.

I wish they bring it back on the next update.

It is probably the update that causes it to change. I test drove my car around 2nd week of July, it lowers the car automatically whenever I step out. We're able to work on a deal and took delivery July 31st and it was gone. I wish they bring this feature back on the next update.

It would be nice for my kids and my wife. Myself, I don't mind.
