display black out.
I got gle 350 3days ago..this morning multimedia display doesn't work initially I can see Mercedes fonts..I thought turn off the display so I was pressed(and hold) volume knob.
but..it's not working....3days new car! and I tried several times on off the car..but now display is black out..how!

Do the 2020 models have the little help button in the overhead panel?

sorry to hear.. better make a quick trip to the dealer, especially if its not coming up during a restart.
