Wow, the performance exhaust U78 is only $1,250 if only I could throw that on my 450 for that kind of money...
Wondering whether the functionality of it will be possible with the 450 controls?

did you test drive an AMG line at all? How supportive are the 53 seats as I couldn’t stand the AMG Line seats.

I didn't test drive the AMG line, but the seats are fine for me.

They're firm, but not as firm as the AMG Sport seats I have in my C63S.

Plus, they are fully adjustable, the thigh support, side bolsters and lumbar are all adjustable via the seat controls.

I am thinking about changing my order from a G550 to a GLE 63S - should I assume that MSRP on a custom order is the norm?

No. You can still get a discount on custom orders.
