What is in your car care arsenal?
I wash my MB at coin-operated stations because I am yet to find a proper car wash place in the NY area, and I actually enjoy doing it.
These are the products I have been using for many years that I have heavily researched, and are tried and true:
- Paint Protection: GYEON Quartz Q² Syncro Ceramic Paint Protection Coating Kit
- Glass Protection: GYEON Quartz Q² View Hydrophobic Windshield and Glass Coating
- Foam: Chemical Guys CWS20816 Watermelon Snow Foam Cleanser
- Car Shampoo: CarPro Reset - Intensive Car Shampoo
- Contaminant Cleaner (once a quarter): Sonax 05132000 Fallout Cleaner
- Glass Cleaner: Invisible Glass 91160 Premium Glass Cleaner
- Interior Cleaner: 303 Products (30588CSR Automotive All Surface Interior Cleaner
- Interior Protection: 303 (30382) UV Protectant for vinyl, rubber, plastic, tires and finished leather
- Tire Protection: Sonax (235200-755) Tire Gloss Gel
- Rims / Wheels (every 3 washes): Sonax 230400 Wheel Cleaner Plus
- Interior Rags: AmazonBasics Washcloth Face Towels
- Exterior Rags: The Rag Company Eagle Edgeless 350 16 X 16 Ultra Plush Microfiber Towels

The best thing you can do for the paint is to use a deionized water system and a leaf blower to dry. I have never used a towel to dry my car. With deionized water you can literally let the car air dry and have zero water spotting. I use the blower however. I have the Crystal Serum ceramic coating.
