GLE450 - Got Our VIN# Today-In Production
After many months, found out our vehicles VIN# today & told it's
Think that means 2nd week of March???? or March 9th??
Can anyone confirm?

Congratulation! It sounds like you are getting close to the end of this journey. We placed our order on a GLE 580 on 10-29-19 and we just heard yesterday that it is scheduled for production in the 3rd decade of May. If that actually stays true, we should have our car by mid June which will be 7 1/2 months. I think that's nuts but that's the way this model rollout has gone.

We placed our order on a GLE 580 on 10-29-19 and we just heard yesterday that it is scheduled for production in the 3rd decade of May. Thanks for the insight,
We weighed a variety of factors when we agreed to stay the course for the delayed 2020;
1-The added delay of 4 added months
2-We did get a very good deal.
3-Upcoming need for tires, level B service, etc.
All in all, the 2020 was the best option.

2020 GLE 450
Two weeks after it went into production I got my car. Production date 2-10-20 and I got my GLE 450 on 2-25-20. It arrived at the dealership on 2-20-20 but they needed time to prep the car.

Yes, they are fast as they ship by rail and then truck them locally only. We even had a 3-4 day weather delay and still only 2 weeks.
