I am saying after financing the car at certain rate with loyalty applied. Then next month the dealership where you picked up the car, reduced the financing rate, are you eligible for the new rate?. Having in mind that contract is binding.

I am in Canada, and contacted Mercedes Benz Canada, whom asked me to check with the dealership, and the dealership asking me to check with Mercedes Canada!
Seems you maybe lost too. Good luck.

I have never refinanced a car through a dealership, or attempted to do so. However, since Mercedes Benz does their own financing, you will need to call them or your dealer finance department and ask, I doubt they will as the zero percent APR for 36 months is a sales incentive and you've already purchased the car. If they will do it, I would expect you will have to pay additional "loan processing fees" that will be added to the loan amount. You'd have to run the numbers to make sure the interest savings over the life of the loan are greater than the processing fees added to the loan. Your best bet is to refinance through a bank or credit union, and shop around for the best terms (interest rate and months financed). Since the vehicle is a 2020, you should be able to still get bank/credit union new car interest rates. Also, depending on the bank/credit union, you may or may not have to pay a processing fee. Banks and credit unions do this all the time as they are competing for your business, where as Mercedes Benz finance already has your business and an interest paying contract. Normally, I would expect Mercedes Benz Finance to just say no. However, these times are not normal with COVID-19, so you might as well inquire...the worst you're going to be told is no.

No. Once the contract is signed and funded that is the end of it.

No you are not. Wishful thinking. Once you close you close. Otherwise this would be happening all the time with every car brand. You are not special.
