2013 GLK350 2016 GLE400 2019 E450 Wagon 2018 S560 2021 E450 AT
I have a 2018 S560 and driving from cold start, noticed the steering wheel heat didn't come on for about 10 minutes.Then it was never really warm as my old 2009 Jaguar VDP which kicked in immediately and very warm. It was -3C outside. Is the heating element wearing down?

I just use Hey Mercedes…
For heated seats, heated steering wheel, front reading lights…. I like that feature….👍
