GLE400D
Mercedes Me

Hi Guys,

I just took delivery of a GLE400D, just want to confirm an issue I have with the Mercedes me on MBUX. When I select Mercedes me I get a message saying "unable to connect do you want to retry", get the same message even when I retry. I checked with the dealer but they couldn't give me an answer, wanted to book the vehicle in to check. Does this feature work for others, and what does it do?

2020 GLE350, 2019 RS3
I am having the same issue - the Mercedes Me app connects via the mobile app and I can access the vehicle that way. However, the MBUX system Mercedes Me gives me the same error "cannot load content"

I had same exact issue with no one being able to figure it out so after hours of playing around with everything I figured it out myself.....
go to the browser in car and let it load. A page for AT&T will come up offering the free 1 month trial. Accept it and fill out everything that comes up. Let everything activate and within a few minutes it’ll work.

I will give it a try. I just gave my car to the dealership. Let’s see if they can figure it out.

I also have a complementary 3 years access to Mercedes Me app. So I don’t want to pay until it’s over.

Hehehe. But people are still facing the same issue. I just received a text that they were able to fix the issue.

I will update my findings when I receive my car
