In Car Office
Anyone else uses In Car Office and had problems lately. To be honest the system is lousy but I don't know of any other way to check emails without touching the mobile whilst on the move.
Those owner's that post questions and/or issues are asking for guidance/support from other owners that have genuine experience... un-experienced opinions are absolutely worthless to someone who has a legitimate question..

How the car is being used is really none of your concern. If you just drive the car for it to be driven that is your prerogative, but not everybody buy a specific car for the same purpose.
I also know first hand post-sale support in some places like HK are non-existent as mentioned above and warranties are 2 years compared to 4 years in USA. Based on your logic nobody should buy any car at those places because its honestly not just MB but almost every brand does the same. You'd be surprised on the lack of help you get from the dealerships and corporate at some places.
The scope of putting a question through a forum like this is to try and obtain a better understanding of what is happening to others that are in the same subgroup (of having the same car in this case) and by no means I wanted to elicit simplistic comments such as to go to dealership when the problem is not related to hardware but to server access especially potentially brought up by authentication and security of email service providers such as Google.
Thanks again.

I’m not familiar with this software, but it sounds like the vehicle is accessing your email Server directly. If that is correct, then it’s likely a configuration setup issue. (Incoming/out going mail server, SSL port, etc.). You will need to know this info before contacting Me Connect customer service. You should be able to get it from your email service provider. Hope this is helpful.
