Heated Steering Wheel

Hi all, newbie here with first ever MB ordered (GLE450). You guys have been awesome in helping me with so much great information, absolutely love MBWorld!! I'm confused about the wood/leather steering wheel being heated or not. I've ordered both the leather/wood steering wheel and with the heated steering wheel. I read several post from 2017 and 2018 that debated back and forth (some owners said yes, in fact the wood did heat, other said no, in fact the wood did not heat). My sales guys said to his knowledge, unless something changed, the only part that would be heated is the leather portion. Anyone on here have a GLE 350/450 in the MY20 or MY21 with the wood wheel and can confirm what does or doesn't heat? Much appreciated!

GLE 350, C300, GLC 300

I have the wood/leather on my 2020 350 and it does heat (in fact, just used it over the weekend). I've only noticed the wood parts of the wheel heating up. I do not believe the leather does.
