2021 Build Codes

I had the service department pint out the Vehicle Master Inquiry which has all the different codes/options in the vehicle. There are a number of them that just say factory code such as 08U, 1B4, 3U7 etc as well as one of a number that didn't make sense like 915-Fuel tank with larger capacity, 149 Package 10

Does anyone have any idea if there is a master list of MB codes or these specific ones?

I don't know if there's a master list, but if I put my VIN into mbdecoder.com I get a long list with some descriptions. For the ones you mentioned:

08U Mercedes-Benz Connect - Services For Vehicle Setup (HERMES)
1B4 Communication Module, North America Version
3U7 HU Country Set For North America
915 Fuel Tank With Increased Capacity - Volume2

Yes - it is called the MSRP sheet - when pulled down with Standard Features and with Option/w-detail

The VIN decoder's are not necessarily accurate.

Thanks, would you happen to know where to find it. I found some older ones but it was for earlier years and the codes don't match up

Do a Google Search on ECE R51-03.
It looks like an SAE tire noise guideline, that may be adopted in some countries/states/other entities.

vehicle not found for my VIN. there should be a site that actually works. furthermore there should be an official mercedes site that works.

Bumping an old thread here. Our 2023 GLE 350 (AMG/NIGHT/RWB 21's) build sheet lists the following code under options:

491 - Lowered suspension with steel springs

Is this a fancy way of saying there is no air suspension? I have not seen this code published anywhere before and want to make sure we are getting the stock suspension.
