Settings lost
Got my GLE last April & finally decided to have it detailed. When I picked up the car from the detail shop, the radio station had been changed and all memory settings were lost. Any ideas of how this could have happened? My profile was still there but nothing else; no seat position, radio stations, etc. The guy swears he didn't do anything other than wipe down the dash but I know that's not true because he had to have a changed the radio station. I reset everything & all is good now; any thoughts?
