Firmware Update Info available
I have checked with MB USA 800#, MB Concierge, and my MB local dealer and asked a simple question" 'Is there some simple documentation / list which describes the improvements, enhancements and fixes with each new update?".
Response was disappointing. "Nope we don't publish that information" or "Huh, I am not sure yet have you tried calling....." or the wonderful "Hey I don't know"
I mean really MB, my simple iPhone sends me notifications of enhancements; links to new functionality or improvements, Why can't MB do that simple task It would be a favorable customer experience, not to mention it might result in an improved driving experience and additional safety options, etc .
Thoughts?

OTA updates were made to my system on 4/20/2020 and 5/17/2020 and I could not see any changes with either one. I just assumed they were minor bug fixes.

I rechecked my infotainment, hoping to see more options. Nothing yet. Also was hoping Apple CarPlay would finally allow wireless vs wired..Nothing so far. Did notice that the iPhone and car were syncing better with my profile, and displaying a "Me" under my profile image when I get in the car; as if it knows its me via Bluetooth from phone to car, when I enter the car. Possibly?

My car is at the dealer for the software update (purchased November 2019, never receive an update in person or OTA). They said its going to take 2 hours. Let see if anything change afterward.
Got my car back after 4 hours. They updated the MBUX and touchpad. The only difference I notice is that now the touchpad works with Android Auto.
They did have to reset everything (which is fine for me)

Mine too. Received my 450 in August 2019. When I asked my service advisor about updates, he told me they don't do them??? Last week I got the same message about the Infotainment system update. Also didn't notice any changes.
