For sure at my local dealer. Inventory ttl 122. 54 white, 37 black, 17 grey. I imagine it's due to the number of cars being leased vs sold. Sort of like the absence of color.

Usually the solid white and solid black colors are the most popular. When it comes to metallics, especially for the GLE, obsidian black was hard to find and same with diamond white.

Would have loved something other than solid white or solid black - so little to choose from in terms of color that I would consider special ordering a cardinal red or something else next time. My 2017 E was piedmont green - really pretty color in the sun...

I wish MB would have brought the Graphite Gray or the Diamond Silver (it's like a baby blueish) color. For the GLE I was between the Obsidian black, Mojave Silver, and Brilliant Blue. I ended up going with the Obsidian because it has a nice shine when the sun hits it and it has more of a "blacked-out" look to it.

When I had my 2017 E300 I was between Polar White, Peidmont Green, and Selenite Gray, but I ended up going with the Polar White because the dealership could not find a Peidmont Green with the options I wanted and selenite gray was too light for my taste.

I like how the CLS and G wagon have Designo and Manufaktur paints and wish the other models had access to these colors.

Makris, I just picked up a CPO 2019 E Class in polar white - definitely still love polar white on an E class sedan. Congrats on the obsidian black, it is stunning in the sun.

Have the Obsidian. It looks fantastic and holds up better than the non metallic black - definitely the best choice of the blacks. But the non-metallic black definitely is more reflective and a deeper black.
