Car is currently at the dealership for an issue with the rear pillar A/C vent blowing warm on left side. I will post as requested once I have it back.

That's true about the acoustic glass on an AMG, wouldn't want to mute the exhaust notes.

The ACP doesn’t do that much to muffle the sounds (exhaust pops) inside the car but some, including myself, want the quietest ride possible inside. I don’t really care what happens to the environment outside as I drive by.

In my experience, coming from a feather smooth and quiet GLE 450, the cabin in the GLE 53 is quiet even without the ACP and can hardly hear the cracks and pops except during hard acceleration or manually downshifting at high RPM
