Hello Everyone,

We just got a 2021 GLE 450 with lots of options. However, unfortunately it didn't have one option my wife really wanted, the wood/leather steering wheel. I asked the dealer if this can be installed as a dealer-installed option and he said no.

So, does anyone know if this is possible? Is the dealer right that this can't be done? I just can't imagine the steering wheel can't be swapped out!

 

you can call mb customer relations and find out. thats what you are paying for.

 

Might be $3-5k even if you find someone to do it.
