Mercedes Me Connect change profile photo

Question Mercedes Me Connect change profile photo
My wife is a subuser account in Mercedes Me Connect with her own profile picture. How do I make that photo show up as her MBUX user profile photo? I am the only user that MBUX shows as registered with Mercedes Me Connect. I tried making a new profile to no avail.

It can take a few days for the picture to show up in MBUX per my experience.

Same here. If you can see the photo you uploaded associated with her Me Connect account on line…it should eventually migrate over to the vehicle. Can take several weeks.

So I finally broke the code. Log into me connect on line and create your profile accounts (or log into it), and upload a photo. Then go to the car and turn it on. Open the me connect app on your phone, and go to the profile screen on MBUX. You will need to Synchronize your phone app to the car. If you haven’t done it, it will ask you if you want to do it on the phone app. When you hit yes on the app, and hit synchronization in MBUX, the profile photos show up.

For over 624 consecutive days now, I have been eagerly anticipating the update to take effect. I'm curious if anyone has successfully managed to add multiple photos to their MBUX user profile and if they could provide guidance on resolving this problem.

After reading this I added a photo to the me app and it synchronized after getting into the car and the photo uploaded.
