Any off the lot purchases in the last 30 days?
I was wondering if anyone purchased a GLE off the lot in the last 30 days or so, and did you pay over MSRP or MSRP or below?
I'm in Southern California and looking for GLE 580 ( which are not easy to find) and 2 or 3 dealers quoted me between 6K to 10K over MSRP.
I'm curious what were the actual prices paid relative to MSRP for those who bought any trim ( 350 or 450 or 580) recently.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

2021 GLE 350 4matic
I just purchased a GLE 350 4 matic with 21” wheels, towing hitch (that I’ll never use) and premium package. The best I could do was $1500 off list which is only 2.38% but I also got more for my trade than I thought I would. I just took it in with a faulty sensor causing a check engine light and saw my salesman, who said they are no longer discounting ANY GLEs. I thought he was just making me feel good about my purchase but maybe he was telling me the truth?

Purchased my GLE 350 4Matic a few weeks ago. Rather than take $$$ off MSRP they gave me $3500 more for my trade. Talked my rep yesterday and he said they are now selling GLE's for above MSRP due to the chip shortage.

2021 GLE 580
I bought the GLE 580 off the lot about six or so weeks ago for $1000 off sticker (major city with multiple dealers). They were already selling other models for at or above sticker, so I didn't balk since it was the only one they had, and there were no GLE 450s in the area, either. FWIW, I'm very happy with it but never would have paid over sticker for it. The only consolation was that the trade was higher than it normally would have been. I hope you can find one you like for a decent price.

Just bought my GLE 450 last week in Socal. They started with 10k over MSRP, and I negotiated down to MSRP. I couldn't negotiate below MSRP.

My dealer is selling GLE loaners for MSRP, and these are just 350's. 450 or above is an instant markup pretty much. If you are able to get MSRP that will honestly be the best deal you can get.
