Mercedes me connect login problem
In the past week, Mercedes me connect app during logon on my iPhone will not send the login verify code via text. I instead have to use the code sent to my email. Same problem with the Mercedes me app for my 2018 e400
prior to last week if I used my login as my iPhone number the verify code was sent via text which would auto populate the login screen
since the text of verify codes works for other apps like Comcast and amazon I surmise this is a Mercedes problem
anyone know a fix- I already reinstalled the app with no luck

My app stays logged in on my iPhone, so this would only be a one-time thing. I also have Face ID enabled, so any subsequent authentication is handled via Face ID. Why do you login constantly?
