New GLE 350 USB-C not working

New GLE 350 USB-C not working
New GLE 350, noticed yesterday that both the USB-C sources on the centre console facing passenger seats do not power up the mobile devices.
Tried two different cables, both cables work on the front USB-C sources, CarPlay etc, but the passenger row ports are not working.
Is there a setting I need to check to activate those two ports?

Just to clarify, the back ports are for power only, and will not feed audio the car or CarPlay. Is that what you are expecting? Or are you saying they don't provide power at all?

The backports do not provide power at all. That's the main problem.

Nope, nothing you need to do. They should be energized anytime the vehicle is operating.
Could be a fuse.
