How to Enable Front Camera? - GLE350 2021

How do I enable the front camera when at traffic lights or when driving forwards?

I'd like to be able to turn the front cam on whenever I want. Is it limited to speeds of under 10mph?

If I turn it on while stationary will It stay on if i take the car upto 60mph?

Any help appreciated!

Great thank you. Any idea if it works above 10mph and If I need the MBUX Augmented Reality for it to work? Manual suggests it wont but its not that specific

It doesn't work above 10 mph, not sure about needing AR as I have AR. I've also been able to turn on the cameras but saying 'Activate Camera' but that only works about 20% of the time for me. Actually, I haven't tried the voice command since the last nav update, I'll have to try that again.

Pressing the button works every time and it's faster too.

On a related question, is there a way to have the front camera turn on automatically when I'm parking? If I slow down enough to park, the birds eye view camera turns on but not the front camera. I sometimes turn on the front camera manually but I would like to have it come on every time I park to check on the clearance.

Has anyone here used RJautomotive to add features? They have a series of very appealing coding options, the addition of adaptive cruise, multibeam headlights and AMG mbux screens among others? I am intrigued, but last thing I want to do is brick my new GLE 450 and void warranty. I did reach out to them to find out more.

Had been looking for something like this for a long time. On my GL I had it programmed to my favorite button for one-touch camera view.
