Sadly, I'm selling my 2021 GLE450 (change of life event) and the potential buyer is in Cali. According to their laws, a car with less than 7K miles is treated as a new car and therefore required to meet their emissions mandates.
I'm assigned overseas and my niece who's storing the car in her garage can't find the below sticker. Would someone kindly check their model and see if it's certified for 49 or all 50 states?
I believe it may be under the hood or in the doorjamb. Thanks so much in advance, greatly appreciated.

I can't help you with the sticker directly for the GLE, but no manufacturer still builds cars that are only certified for 49 states. There are several other states that have adopted the California emissions standards in the meantime, so the 49 state certification no longer exists for new cars. The thing to be aware of when selling cars to California is that they have to pass SMOG when sold, unless they are less than 4 model years old. In that case a smog abatement fee can be paid instead of getting a smog inspection for the first 8 years. This is new as of 1/1/2019.
