No problem, the service bulletin pdf file didn't belong to me so credit belongs to the other forum member. As for the 48V battery, I am sorry that you are a victim of it but I am hoping now you are no longer dealing with it and enjoying your car.

Thank you both for sharing your thoughts on the service experience in the USA, it was very insightful and I am happy to learn about it. Thanks too for explaining how it all works as well.
