Seat memory buttons on the door panel are behaving strangely, anyone else had memory problems with these? I can program a driver 1, 2 but it does not keep any memory. It beeps like it recognizes the programming of the buttom (press M, then the number you want to save).

When I go to the profiles of drivers in the MBUX screen it does save my wifes and I individual settings for seats etc. Its like the door buttons are not recalling the memory?

 

Don’t you set up your seat, then press the #1 and then M not the other way around?
Mine works fine on my 450 but am going from memory.

I will definately roll to the dealer, but since they do not have any loaners I was trying see if I was doing something wrong?

Weird deal, it was keeping memory just fine then it seems to have gotten amnesia..!
