V167 windscreen
Does the windscreen have a solar or some kind of coating ? I seem to have developed a scratch that is visible in some lights, but you can't feel it with your nail.

Only if you have the acoustic package, but the coating is sandwiched between panes of glass, so I doubt this has anything to do with it (if you have that option).

It might be a flaw in the glass itself…if you can see it but can’t feel it? My daughter saw one in a rear side window that sounds similar. I’m not sure it was always there or maybe heat activated over time. You might drop by an automotive glass shop for a professional opinion.
