Navigation problem on 2021 53AMG
I have not had time to bring the car to the dealer. From time to time, I completely lose my navigation. The message on the screen is "The map data does not match with your system. Please insert a medium containing the corresponding map data". when I restart the car the next day, the navigation comes up. Yesterday on a road trip, we had to use our phones for navigation. This has happened many times. Has anybody else experienced this? Monday I am finally calling the dealer. Thanks.

I had it happen once after making a u-turn......very frustrating. After I started the car about an hour later, everything was fine. If I have additional issues, I will bring back to dealer

Winnebago Revel '21
My '21 Winnebago Revel on Mercedes Sprinter chassis has been intermittently having this annoying problem. Mercedes dealer in Schenectady NY last year was unable to fix during Service A. Looks like there's a bulletin now with specific remedy I can refer to for when I do Service B. Work around is just use Google Maps on iPhone for navigation.

Just curious if you guys have multiple Mercedes Me ID logged in within your MBUX? I used to have this issue and un-linked my wife's Mercedes Me ID and it resolved it until now, though I will bring it up on my next service B, which is in a couple of weeks.
