A/C Vent Inop

A/C Vent Inop
The A/C vent to the left of the steering wheel has stopped putting out, even on a high fan setting. I will take it to the dealer but wondered if others have had the problem and how big a deal it is to fix?

You did not forget to slide open the small wheel below the vent right? Also have you tried changing the flow direction on the HVAC controls?
