I'm not too fond of the app, at least in regards to the 'from reset' section. I haven't looked into the manual yet, if it's even published, to determine which trip meter needs to be reset but I just reset my trip meter yesterday and I only traveled maybe 8 miles since that fill up but it shows 2971.
2021 450, hometown elevation around 800 feet/250 meters. I haven't bothered to calculate it manually - partly because in my experience the indicated mpg's on German cars are inflated, and I'm afraid actual is even worse that what the computer shows. I'd be lying if I said I'm not disappointed given the EPA estimates of 21/26.

Nice! how many mileage on the motor? Mine is still below 600 miles so not even close being broken-in yet. I can't believe these overweight SUVs are producing diesel like MPGs actually.
2020 GLE 350 4Matic, 20 inch rims, auto start/stop on
Most of this mileage is 90% stop and go city traffic in Fredericksburg VA. This represents my real world combined mileage, and I find this MPG estimate is accurate to a few tenths (0.1 to 0.3 MPG) compared to the pump method.

Just hit 5000 miles, mostly interstate driving to OBX. Note we've found that Exxon premium gives us better mileage that WaWa premium!
Just completed a 4k mile trip. With GLE 350 loaded , cargo area and rear seat , traveling at highway speeds of 78-90 mph, mpg was 25 miles per gallon. When unloaded and going 60-73 mph, mpg went up to 28. I only use premium fuel.
2021 450, engine broken in, running in ECO, cruise set at 75mph. I'll do a manual calculation when I fill up this week, but this is by far the best indicated mpg's I've seen.

2021 GLE AMG 63S - 21.8 mpg highway on 600 miles drive from Lexington, KY to Virginia Beach with average speed of 68 (but mostly above 75+ for most of drive when factoring out traffic snarls around Hampton Roads. Premium 93 octane (various)

Quick follow-up: manually calculated the mileage works out to 25.8 MPG over nearly 1.200 miles. Pretty stellar all things considered. I'm surprised how often the engine shuts off in Eco mode.

It's a great car but if we're talking about MPG, it's not.
I generally saw 30's with our 450 on a trip. Never below 28.
The 350 loaner that we had for 800 miles, similar driving, was about 1mpg less.
The 53 seems to top out at 24.

"Great MPG" is a relative term. 26 MPG isn't great in general, but for something so heavy and so powerful that doesn't need to be plugged in it's damn good. Swing by the Acura forums and see what MDX Type S owners have to say about their fuel economy. In fact, check out all the competition. With the exception of the X5, I'll be surprised if you can find anything close in efficiency from a true competitor.
I have tracked (calculated) my mileage for over 24,000 miles and it has been 23.7 mpg. I also track the difference between the display mpg and the calculated mpg at each fill. That can vary by as much as +/- 3%, with no consistent error in the + or - direction. I am a retired engineering manager that hasn't been able to give up his spreadsheets!!!

yep X5 40i aka 450’s direct competitor. The others are really not even they say so. I average around 26 with mix of comfort and S plus. Eco would make 28 or so.

Driving style may have an effect
How did you do that? You should definitely consider... opening a driving school.
