That's an inflated service list, for sure.

Ask about a oil change and service reminder reset. No additives.

 

They are performing services that may not be needed such as a 4 wheel alignment. They are also performing services such as using BG oil additives that are not recommended by Mercedes and do not have Mercedes part numbers. These additives are a rip off and may violate your warranty. Is this a Sonic Dealership? They were sued for using non Mercedes parts and additives.

I would find a new dealership.

No kidding. I am out. Had the same service done for 1/4 of that. Mercedes has lost it

 

The Dealer has bad management.

 

Yes. Mercedes corporate should do a better job of policing these shysters. Especially as they are pushing non Mercedes authorized procedures and fluids. The Ft Myers dealership tried this with me when I had my 2018 GLE 550e. I bought my next Mercedes at the Sarasota dealership and will never go back to the Ft Myers location.

 

Same here. I drive an extra 60 miles each way because of the policies of the closest dealer.
They've lost my service business, but also 4 Mercedes auto purchases in the last decade.
(The distant dealer will pick-up and deliver my car for service if I need it.)
